It's almost the weekend!!! I'm so excited. You'd think that after having a 3 day weekend last week I'd have been ok to work my 4 days, but not so much, this week seems to have taken forever! Chris is going to get Logan this afternoon, and although I'm not so excited about him having to work tomorrow, I am glad that I don't and that it's going to be nice enough to spend some time outside.
Chris is getting a new guitar tomorrow and it's Kyler, my nephew's, 1st birthday. I can't believe he's already 1. nuts... Anywho, I'm just really excited that it's Friday, it's my easy and off early day and I don't think that it could be much better. WOOOO

6 Quirks
This seemed like a fun thing to do, and I'm really bored so here goes.
#1. I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan...I've backed off quite a bit from talking about it, but it's secretly an obsession. I just can't get enough. I can't wait until the next movie comes out, and I am currently in the process of reading everything that J.K. Rowling has written since Book 7.
#2. I still love boy bands and such types of music. Still to this day I listen to it regularly. Backstreet Boys, Drake Bell and just about anyone else you can think of. There's just nothing better in my mind than a heart-felt ballad and some good harmony's. Throw a piano in there and I'm pretty much hooked.
#3. I'm never on time. No matter how hard I try I just can't do it. It runs in the family and I think possibly it's genetic...I am a little better now with Myles, but still not that much better...Chris on the other hand is on time almost always and my "dawdling" is constantly getting on his nerves.
#4. I am always "trying" to please people. I rarely put myself first and this especially goes with my family. I'll always take a back seat to my kids wants and needs, whether this is the right thing or not, well sometimes it is and sometimes not so much.
#5. I don't know if it's a quirk or not, but I know why I'm here and what my personal meaning of life is. I know my purpose and work to live it and be it day to day.
#6. I love sappy reality T.V. Chris and I watch Biggest Loser and Extreme Makeover on weekly basis, and I also love Jon and Kate Plus 8 and Little People Big World. TLC and The Disney Channel are my 2 favorite stations ever!!

Grover is Everywhere!
Over the last 2 weeks Grover has popped up everywhere around our house. He's not only blue, but also red, looks a lot like a mouse, and resembles every other Muppet in creation. lol Myles has turned into a Grover lover for sure. From Elmo to Mickey Mouse every one is Grover, even the bull dog on his p.j.'s the other night. Possibly because they were blue??
I'm currently in the market for anything Grover for him to play with. He picks out the only 2 Sesame Street books to read every night because of the so called "Grover's" on the cover. The only one he seems to notice it different is Big Bird, he must sense a difference between a big yellow feathery thing with a beak, and a cute little blue monster with a red nose.
It only fits that he would be in this phase right now though. Since he was just a few months old the best way we have to calm down in the car was to play "The Echo Song", from the Sesame Street Sound Track. A song that features Grover and Madeline Kahn. Go Figure!
